Payment & Refunds
Payment Terms.
Full hire amount payable online. Payment is taken by card in Australian dollars and includes GST. A tax invoice is issued for every paid booking.
- Cancel 7 or more days before the hire start date: 100% refunded.
- Cancel 2–6 days before the start date: 50% refunded.
- Cancel within 48 hours of the start date, or after mobilisation: non-refundable.
- Refunds are returned to the original card within 5–10 business days.
- Dates can be moved once at no cost if requested 7 or more days out, subject to availability.
